This week's radar 12 checked
Find your next contracts
A radar on the companies, tenders and planning applications that matter to you, so you hear about packages before they're advertised.
I build them and run them. You see what changed in your week.
Your next contracts found before they're advertised. Your inbox sorted and your day planned before you open your laptop. One monthly fee, nothing to learn, nobody to manage.

Who to call this week 3 named
Every opportunity comes with the person who lets the package and a short brief for the call, so the first conversation is about their project, not your brochure.

An assistant on Telegram that sorts your email, keeps your tasks, reminds you on time, and keeps you on the one thing that moves the business.
Three clients, three different problems. The common thread: the owner was too busy to fix it, so nobody did.
London construction contractor, £5m turnover
62
projects in his scope in 120 days that nobody at the company had seen
Most of his work came from main contractors he'd worked for before, which holds until one of them goes quiet. Now a Sales Radar watches 100 target companies, tenders, planning and trade press, and every Saturday he gets a short list of packages to bid for, with the people to call. I also made the 60-second film he now sends to every new contact.
The 60-second company film I made for him
Commercial landlord, Colchester
262
personal letters, four booked viewings and a signed tenant from the first wave
We chose local companies likely to need space, checked each against Companies House, and wrote to every one in the landlord's own name. Replies go to an assistant that answers by text and books the viewing. He pays a monthly fee and a fee for each office let.
UK accounting firm, London
Before every tax return, someone has to go through a year of bank transactions line by line. Now a tool I built and run reads the statements, puts every line in the right category, and hands back a file ready for their tax software. They pay one flat monthly fee.
It's the firm where I spent six years building the systems from the inside, and they still use what I build.
This is what runs in the background. You never have to look at any of it, and you get a short report every month.
The 100 companies you most want to work for, agreed with you and reviewed every quarter.
Topping-outs, live tenders and supply-chain openings in your scope, sent to your phone the day they happen.
Email read and sorted every morning: what needs you today, what can wait, and what's already filed.
Hundreds of opportunities checked every week against your trades and area. You see the few worth bidding.
A short film that explains your company better than a brochure. Made once, sent to every new contact.
Tasks added by voice note, reminders on time, and one priority each morning so the important work isn't buried.
The fee covers building it, running it and keeping it working as your business changes. You don't pay extra for software, AI or my time.
If a job ever needs a third-party cost, such as ad budget, it goes straight to the supplier, so you always see the real cost. Nothing else is added.
Ask what it would cost youone line, one number

I'm Ion Zamfir. In 2018 I joined a £300k accounting firm with one brief, help it grow. Six years later it was a £1m practice, and I'd built most of the machine from the inside.
I left in 2024 to do the same for other owners. I learned quickly that they don't buy tools. They buy jobs won, calls answered and evenings back. That's what I sell.

We find the one thing costing you most right now. Often it's not the thing you expected.
Connected to the tools you already use: your email, your calendar, your phone, your brand.
Results as they land, one report a month, and I adjust it as the business changes.
One practical AI thing a week.
A free Telegram channel for business owners who want to use AI properly but don't have time to follow it. Each post is something you can do in your own business in 15 minutes.
Join on TelegramNo. I build it and run it. You get results, alerts when something lands, and a short report each month.
One monthly fee that depends on what we're fixing. It covers the build, the running costs and the upkeep. Any third-party costs, such as ad budget, go straight to the supplier. Tell me the problem and I'll tell you the number.
A short initial period so there's time to see results, then monthly with 30 days' notice.
I build and host it, which is how there's no large upfront bill. Your data, your customers and your brand stay yours.
Owner-run businesses where the owner is the bottleneck: construction contractors turning over £1m and more, commercial property, and professional services. I also work in Romanian and Russian.
A message is enough. I'll reply myself, usually the same day, and tell you honestly whether I can help.
