# BizBooster

> BizBooster is Ion Zamfir's business in Colchester, UK. He builds and runs AI systems for owner-run businesses, for one monthly fee: a Sales Radar that finds construction contractors their next packages, and an AI personal assistant that gives the owner's week back. Clients don't learn any software; they get the results and a short report each month.

## What BizBooster does

- Sales Radar: a weekly shortlist of construction packages worth bidding for, with the person to call for each. It watches target companies, tenders, planning applications and trade press, and lands every Saturday morning. Built for construction contractors turning over £1m or more.
- AI personal assistant: an assistant on Telegram that reads and sorts the owner's email every morning, says which messages need them, keeps tasks and reminders, and gives one priority for the day.
- Also offered: a 60-second company film.

## Results from real clients

- A London construction contractor (£5m turnover) found 62 projects in his scope in 120 days that nobody at the company had seen.
- A Colchester office landlord's first wave of 262 personal letters led to four booked viewings and a signed tenant.

## Pricing and terms

One monthly fee that depends on the problem being fixed. It covers the build, the software and AI running costs, upkeep and changes, and a monthly report. Third-party costs, such as ad budget, are paid by the client directly to the supplier. A short initial period, then monthly with 30 days' notice. Ion builds and hosts the system; the client's data, customers and brand stay theirs.

## About Ion Zamfir

From 2018 to 2024 Ion helped grow an accounting firm from £300k to a £1m practice, then left to build the same kind of systems for other owners. He builds and runs every system himself.
